Basketball: Sophomore, junior and senior stats including points per game, rebounds, assists, steals, and overall team record Volleyball: Reach, standing vertical jump, and approach vertical jump Cross Country: One-mile time, two-mile time, 5K time, along with meets you have run and your times recorded there (give place and date for meets please) Track: Best times/distances in your event and meets where they were recorded (give place and date for meets please) Baseball/Softball: Speed from home to first, 60-yard dash, and clocked speed for pitchers (indicate which coach clocked this MPH) Golf: Low rounds and course/tournament where scores were shot
